Delete Your Wolfin Account
If you wish to delete your Wolfin account, you can do so at any time. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. The moment your deletion request is processed, all your personal data is permanently and irreversibly erased from our systems in real time. This action cannot be undone.
This applies equally to customers (users who hire service providers) and service providers (professionals who offer services on the platform).
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your Wolfin account, the following data is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered:

| Photos and attachments | All job photos, issue images, and uploaded documents |
| Verification documents | All identity documents, trade certifications, licences, and insurance documents (service providers only) |
| Device and usage data | All app usage logs, analytics data, and device identifiers linked to your account |
| Support history | All customer support tickets and correspondence |
There is no recovery period. There is no grace period. There is no backup.
Once deleted, your account and all associated data are gone permanently. If you wish to use Wolfin again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using any of the three methods below:
Method 1 — Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open the Wolfin App
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your identity (you may be asked to re-enter your password or verify via OTP)
- Tap Confirm Deletion
- Your account and all data are permanently deleted instantly
Method 2 — Delete by Email
Send an email to:
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include in your email:
- Your full name as registered on the App
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- A statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your account
Once we verify your identity, your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Email response time: We aim to process email deletion requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
Method 3 — Delete via This Page
If you are unable to access the App or prefer to submit your request online, please complete the form below or email us directly at info@wolfin.io with the details listed under Method 2 above.
Important Information Before You Delete
Please read the following before proceeding with account deletion:
⚠️ Deletion is instant and permanent. Once confirmed, we cannot recover your account, data, messages, reviews, job history, or any other information. There is no waiting period and no way to reverse this action.
⚠️ Active jobs. If you have any active or ongoing job bookings, please ensure they are completed or cancelled before deleting your account. Deleting your account while a job is in progress may affect the other party involved.
⚠️ Pending payments. If you have any pending payment requests under manual review, please wait until they are approved or resolved before deleting your account. Once your account is deleted, any unprocessed payment requests will be cancelled and cannot be recovered.
⚠️ Outstanding balance. If you are a service provider with an outstanding payout balance, please ensure your payout has been processed before deleting your account. Wolfin cannot transfer funds to a deleted account.
⚠️ Legal retention exception. In rare cases, certain limited data (such as anonymised transaction records) may be retained where required by applicable financial or tax regulations. In such cases, the data will be fully anonymised so that it cannot be used to identify you in any way.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- ❌ You will be immediately logged out of the App on all devices
- ❌ You will no longer be able to sign in with your previous credentials
- ❌ Your profile will no longer appear to other users on the platform
- ❌ All your reviews, ratings, and job history will be removed from the platform
- ❌ You will not receive any further communications from Wolfin
- ✅ You will receive one final confirmation email to your registered email address confirming that your account and data have been permanently deleted
If you wish to use Wolfin again in the future, you are welcome to create a new account at any time. However, none of your previous data, history, reviews, or ratings will be available you will start fresh.
